The following equipment will be ready at each session room:
*LCD projector
*PC (laptop computer, Windows 11 Professional) with PowerPoint 2021 and PDF Adobe Reader DC
*Projection laser pointer
Please copy your presentation file to the PC equipped in each session room. (To be projected suitably in the lecture room, please prepare the slides in a 16:9 aspect ratio.) All oral presenters are asked to bring their presentation files on their own USB thumb drive. In case you cannot insert your USB thumb drive into another person's PC due to security reasons, please bring your own PC. If you use your own PC, the connection must be tested before your session starts. You are requested to bring the necessary adapters. Please be sure to test and check all the presentation slides in advance to ensure they will work properly. It is the presenter's responsibility to copy his/her presentation file to the PC in the session room during any break before the presentation session. The file must be compatible with Microsoft PowerPoint or Adobe Acrobat on Microsoft Windows indicated above.
Poster presentations will take place in the Board Room on the first floor on the evenings of May 19th (Mon.), May 20th (Tue.) and May 22nd (Thu.).
Posters will be changed daily during this period. Please kindly check your Poster Presentation schedule beforehand and ensure smooth cooperation to facilitate the poster change process.
During the poster session, presenters are requested to attend the relevant Q&A sessions in front of the poster board.
The size of the poster panel is W900 × H2100 (mm).
Presenters are requested to put their posters on the board before the session starts. Poster boards with identifying labels will be available in the afternoon on May 19.
Please clearly display the paper title, author names, and affiliations on the poster. The identifying label indicates only paper number.
Please remove your poster yourself. Please note that all remaining posters will be disposed of in the morning on May 23rd(Fri.).
The image above provides the dimensions of the poster board. Push pins will be provided on‐site to assist in displaying your poster.
All presentation data will be completely deleted after the session.
